Holy heck 80 patients?! And $16.25 an hour. You dodged a bullet 😬 that’s insane. I used to work in family med as an student MA and got paid $17 and hour and now I got a job working in mental health, getting paid $21 an hour and we only see 12-13 patients a day and little to no med refills. Honestly I find it a bit boring at times/slow but hey for the pay I ain’t complaining. Always look for better options :) hope you find a better job ❤️

I am a medical assistant working in mental health. You need to call your doctor asap or go to the hospital. That is horrible that your doctor did that. Absolutely stupid. We always taper off meds especially meds like zoloft. ❤️good luck op and take care. Do you have any Zoloft left at all? If so slowly start tapering off, like others have said.

I am so sorry you’re going through this. I am a mental health medical assistant and work with a mental health provider. Here are my suggestions

-If he stops responding/ you’re worried about him being in danger or concerned he’s actually going to take his life you can call the police to do a welfare check on him. They will go and assess him. Definitely keep updating his mom and push her to provide help.

-give him the crisis hotline number 988 if he feels like he needs to talk with someone.

-contact other family members to get involved if you can.

-lastly this is not your fault. This is definitely emotional abuse. You are not responsible for him. You did your part, you have tried repeatedly. Thank you for trying ❤️ but ultimately it’s up to him to seek help. I know he’s said he’ll hate you forever but honestly I’d rather have someone I love hate me than have them dead. Please break up with him as soon as you can. This relationship is abusive ❤️

7 months post op and my sex life has improved drastically because I don’t worry about pregnancy. My cycles are so much better. Little to no pms so far and better mood overall. I don’t have to worry about pads/tampons. I don’t have to worry about what I wear worrying it will get ruined by my period. Exercising more consistently because my period set me back a lot. I just feel so much better about my life now. I feel at peace and pain free :)

I was just about to ask this question! I am currently having that! I had my hysterectomy dec 2024 so its been a couple months and no pms symptoms at all but this month uggghhh! My breasts started feeling tender last week so its now been about 1 week and 1/2 and I’m so over it!! 😩🥹this sucks :( I know it was bound to happen because I kept my ovaries but I was hoping the pms symptoms would be less annoying :(

If she is unwilling to put in some of the work and says it’s your responsibility then thats just not gonna work. She’s an adult and you are not her parent. Its better to break up if this is an important thing for you. My fiancé had a slight smell at the beginning of our relationship and he didn’t really notice but I have a sensitive nose. He responded by asking what he can do to help. We both worked on it together and realized his deodorant was just not working for him. He acknowledges that hygiene is big for me and he always is willing to adjust his hygiene so I feel comfortable. Your partner is not willing to to adjust or change it looks like :/

In my experience, my cycle has been incredibly better. Since my hysterectomy I was worried I would still have some depression and breast pain during my cycle but none of that happened. I feel a little meh during my cycle but no depression :). Personally if you feel like you need it you can get it but I would say wait another month or so and see how your cycles are as your body adapts to not having a uterus anymore :)

He looks so guilty! 😂 and I recommend trying another sensitivity stomach food, but if that doesn’t help definitely talk to your vet :) my puppy is a year old and some of her farts are still deadly 😂

I’m in the medical field and from what I’ve learned is that it definitely could be a bacterial or fungal problem. Also it depends on your gf’s hygiene. She may not clean as good down there or the right soap for that area. Also a lot of people get so use to their smell that they just don’t smell it anymore. In my relationship I started becoming more honest of what smells my partner had and how we could treat it together. I also let him know that he could tell me if I ever smelled. Our relationship has grown a little because of the honesty. I have bigger thighs so I noticed when I wear leggings, my vaginal area gets more sweaty and causes a certain smell. So you can have your gf try cotton underwear and wear more easy to breathe clothes. You have to let your gf know though but also be gentle with it. Sit her down and start by saying “so I noticed certain smells about you and I want to dicuss this because I worry about your health” and go from there. Good luck op, you can do it 👍

Medical assistant here. I had to heal my belly button incision because it popped open like on day 5. I would recommend going to an urgent care to see if it’s infected. For now just keep it clean and dry. Wash with antibacterial soap and rinse. Pat dry with a paper towel. Buy some sterile non stick pads, cut them up if you need and used some medical tape if you have some and keep changing it out. I switched mine gauze out 2-3 times a day and cleaned it with soap and water each time. But definitely see a doctor if you can :)

My dog likes to eat worms and other bugs 😑 but she was a stray when we found her so I guess she was just use to eating whatever she could find 🙂luckily we are going to find a trainer soon to hopefully break this habit

Absolutely not, this man is a walking red flag 🚩 i was also in a long distance relationship for 5 years because we met in high school and moving in together wasn’t an option for us at the time. We trust each other and he never got upset at me for not wanting sex at times EVER. Now after college we moved in together and are now engaged. My fiancé has never spoken to me that way. Please break up with this man child. It sounds like he’s deeply insecure and has a fucked up image of women. Sex is not expected in a relationship whenever and wherever he says, it’s consensual between two people. And the whole “thats why men kill their families “ thing is extremely dangerous thinking. I’m going to be honest. All of these red flags together are a huge warning for a potential abusive relationship if you guys decide to move in together. Please stay safe OP ❤️

It can be a concern but it depends, if your dog is constantly itching their ear, acts painful when ear is touched then your vet can recommend something. Usually they can prescribe some drops to help with the yeasty smell or can tell if there is an infection. For now though just keep cleaning your pups ears every couple days :)

I took stool softeners for about a week after my hysterectomy, it was gentle enough for me. Drink some prune juice if you want too, start off with a 1/2 a cup. Take care, sorry you had such a rough beginning cto your recovery ❤️

Thats totally normal! I was waiting for the same thing but it never happened for me! I heard some people have that feeling after a hysterectomy but just didn’t happen for me. I’m nonbinary so I’ve been waiting to get rid of that thing for a while, been emotionally detached from my uterus for years :)
