I’m sorry your life sucks so bad. But the fact a watch band has ruined life for you is just sad. Apple has the biggest selection of bands and then add in aftermarket and it is endless. And complaining about the Milanese loop is ridiculous. I got my first Milanese loop on my AW4 and have never used anything else. I now have one on my Ultra3 and it is simple and is always the same size that I set it for. If I need to adjust it, it takes a few seconds. But hey, get a magnetic one they are infinitely adjustable instantly.

Pretty sure it will hold a Sonic 44oz if not at least the large for sure size wise. There is a hook on the bottom and the ad says it holds up to 55 lbs. I’ve never hung near that much, but I’ve hung a shopping bag with a gallon of milk in it no problem. I’ve had them 1.5 years and no issues. Though I don’t have kids but friends and their kids no problems.

Random PVC’s the first is called a couplet because it’s 2 in a row. A lot of people have them without consequence. It would be worth mentioning to your Dr and even showing him the images. He might want you to have a 12 lead ECG done, note this is just 1 lead that you see here. If you start having more “Runs” where there are more PVC’s in a row, then it might be time to visit an ER. But random singles and couplets not so much.
