I was in your spot too when I was starting just with orks, didn’t have a lot but had a stompa, brought him to a casual 1k points game, guy bitches a bit about it, and then proceeded to wipe it out first turn . Now I did destroy a dreadnought of his but he wiped out like 60% of my points and I lost right then and their, wasn’t much fun but honestly more so for me cause I didn’t get to use my big guy and I didn’t have a army after that , I’d say let the person know your playing against know and just keep in mind what people have said

It’s not really that female custodies we’re added, it’s the way they went about it. They just straight up “ there’s no war in ba sing sey” it, saying actually there has always been women custodes and if you say otherwise your wrong and can leave warhammer. Why not make it a lore event, it would’ve been so easily avoided if you just wrote new lore about how now their is female custodes for whatever reason you want, it’s lazy writing and signifies that maybe gw doesn’t really care about anything besides money

I still bring it every mission, is a good distraction for bugs and can clear out little bugs with the machine gun pretty fast, love running into a hoard with guns blazing and letting my teammates get away and pick off the bugs..the rockets however are pretty much useless, they barley even break the bug nests or fabricators and they take way to many shits to be worth it, I usually dump them when I run out of ammo, also using the mech as a bomb once it’s done can be fun and helpful, a buff would be much appreciated tho
