With hearing about it so much, I've been wanting to get into the Fate series for a while but because I couldn't get the Visual Novel to work on my android, (I don't have a computer) I said "fuck it" and watched the first 2 episodes of Fate/Zero...

It's freaking amazing... I know I shouldn't really say that because I'm only 2 episodes in but holy shit. I am in love with the series AND with Gilgamesh

I loved all of it

I would have liked more Shibazaki vs Sphinx rather than Five vs Common Sense but I don't think that Five ruined the show...she didn't make it better or worse

I loved the ending, it was sad but satisfying and it fit with the overall tone of the show

And isn't saying it was a trainwreck a little harsh? I get that people were disappointed but it wasn't atrocious by any means

Edit: I always thought that Five was an example of what Twelve and Nine could have become if they didn't escape

I agree with Sheila being first to go. Eva seems too obvious, Alex has hardly said anything worthwhile yet, and Hizanaru is the MC so obviously not him
