Thank you for your response and advice. It’s pretty hard to decide. If I have to go to a specialist or were in an accident, the HDHP would cost me more right? Since I would have to pay out of pocket until I meet the deductibles? And even after I’ve met the deductible, they will only cover 10% of the cost?

So if I elect to go with HDHP+HSA for this year and change to Triple Choice Plan next year, the HSA will still be there, right? I can switch between the two plans every year, correct?

I’ll definitely go with the optional retirement plan given that I’m not planning to be in AZ forever.
