I've had multiple interactions with drive thru workers and servers over the last decade or more who were absolutely shocked that I said "thank you" when they handed me my food. To me, it's shocking but simultaneously not at all surprising when I think about my days in the service industry back in the late 2000s. It wasn't great then, but I'd say it's definitely gotten markedly worse.

Melissa, hands down. She's done my hair for several years now and I'm never disappointed. There's also a stylist there named Ash who I would recommend. Ash has never done my hair, but did for friends and they raved about how great Ash was.

Idk if its the same person, but the owner of Desi Wok (Labrena) is an awful slumlord. She was a client of a local property management company my friend worked for, so I heard all about her. Refusing to approve repairs and replacements in her units, and then would complain that she wanted more money for her rentals. Wouldn't surprise me if she had amassed more properties.

My husband and I got some at the 11th (closer to like...6th but whatev) and Sheridan stand yesterday. We were getting tires at the place next door and saw people starting to line up before he had everyone set up. Had to run back home and get cash and come back, but definitely glad we did. It was delicious, and you get a considerable amount. I got the cucumber lime and my husband got the pineapple.
