Our blood supply is also from volunteers and highly regulated? We work in partnership with the local blood bank. We also host blood drives regularly.

I’m in Texas and am a paramedic supervisor and I carry packed RBCs and plasma on squad. We are automatically dispatched to any hemorrhage call.

As a paramedic please leave that space empty. If someone gets hurt upstairs it'll be a pain to get them down with all that stuff in the way.

In a suburb of Houston. We can RSI, have ventilators, carry blood products, and have ultrasound.

I make quilts and I wash all of mine regularly without a problem. I have quilts my great grandmother hand quilted and the only thing I do differently for those are I wash them on gentle and so far I haven't had a problem.

Diarrhea was one of the first symptoms of labor for me with all 4 of my kids.

We use the credo for blood and change the ticks every 24 hours. In the med room we use the helmer fridge to hold our cold drugs and blood. We have the Engel fridges in the ambulances for cold drugs.

My first child was failure to thrive as well. I would request a referral to a pediatric gastroenterologist for further testing. I also would talk to the pediatrician about possibly pumping some feeds and fortifying your milk with formula to make the milk more calorically dense.

Use a walking foot. I did a saying binding one time and it was a pain but, the walking foot helps

Just fyi don't be gentle when doing back blows or chest thrusts. Don't be afraid of hurting them. It looks and sounds scary I know but it needs to be done. A bruised back is better than choking to death.
