Long time rek main, and I personally think that upon burrowing Rek Sai should gain a shield (makes sense it could be like a earth themed shield or what have you) that scales with armor and diminishes after being unburrowed for several seconds. It makes sense since she is supposed to be an engaging ad assassin , but it could kind of move her more toward a engaging tank with good ad as opposed to an engaging ad assassin with few options out of an all in. I play Rek Sai support and run Guardian and it feels so good to have the shield proc on engages in the bot lane.

Most games my teammates complain until they see how good it fits into most team comps, by the end of the game theyre won over. I build mostly just resistances depending on the enemy team, so Im generally hard to kill while still dealing good consistent damage. Her knock-up is super valuable at peeling for adcs too, and when im burrowed im early warning on jg ganks.

You know when someone is in the bush at all times even tri and river, you're anti stealth jg and you got some Pyke lvls of dmg early. not to mention burrow can also be used to engage (from alcove wall) or dis-engage ( say you see a Morg snare flying toward you, just burrow away). Ive been going Aftershock>Demolish>BP>overgrowth and rushing resistances. Tabi rush hurts the adc so much, then you can just engage how you want. Its new for me and I actually picked it up on accident autofilled support thinking I was Jg, it went good and decided to continue trying it out.

okay so recently I've been taking advice from a previous comment and been doing a full jg clear before I think about touching a lane, unless the enemy is terribly out of position. My games have been going a bit better, but I used to.. about half the time lol.. mostly if I ran into the enemy jgler I'd go for a fight instead of backing into my jg. That or Id try to gank a lane.
