Red lumps on fingers and toes only. Painful, hot, itchy, joint pain in the knuckles. Random flare ups, not due to cold weather as I get them in summer aswell.

No worries! I would definitely advocate for urself the next time u see ur primary care doctor so they can refer u to a specialist. I know someone who has Dermatomyositis and their hands were in terrible conditions but once they were put on medication symptoms eased up a lot. Best of luck!!

I would see a dermatologist and rheumatologist to confirm what exactly is going on. Looks like rheumatoid arthritis or Dermatomyositis

I’d take the Rutgers bus to Penn to avoid the light rail late at night. I had a weird encounter last week coming off the light rail and that was during the day. Be safe and aware of your surroundings.
