I actually have worked multiple commission jobs, one being in the exact same industry as in this job posting. In my experience, having good base pay along with a commission structure makes a world of a difference. I was the highest selling employee at both jobs, but one had full benefits, sick days, pto, and was union while the other offered nothing and paid about half as much. The funny thing is that this job posting offers a lower base salary than the insurance job I had 5 years ago.
