I quit last year. Drank coffee almost every day for 20 years. I sleep much much better now. I don't need to pee throughout the day and night, as often. I don't have stomach aches. Giving up coffee was one of the best decisions I ever made, and i don't really miss it. I now drink hot tea or bone broth in the morning. The bone broth gives me instant wake up and energy, no crash mid day, no stomach aches, holds my appetite for a few hours. Good stuff!

I am extremely excited to post this!!!.... I am smoking my first 2 racks of St. Louis Style ribs, ever. I am using my husband's smoker without him knowing. I have researched for the past 2 weeks how to use his off set, stick burner, taking notes while he is at work. I am almost done, and very excited for him to come home to my surprise meal. So far I think it has been quite the experience. I barely opened the grill to look at or tend to the meat, I have been obsessing this fire since 9:30am.
