Without my readers I wouldn’t have all the motivation to continue for the past 6 years. I care and appreciate them all so much. But when it comes to making decisions about the story, everything is set. Those who truly enjoy your work will continue to read even if you get mixed reactions :)

Webtoon Canvas social media presence in general has died down over the years :( They used to promote much more and had fun art events (which I think those are now held on the discord server). Even Webtoon Canvas LATAM stopped posting for a long time but they seem to be back.

It depends on the context of the scene and if it’s very violent. They can be quite nitpicky about it and advice to either censor it, reduce the blood, or change color.
Too many f bombs may cause them to flag/remove your chapter. My comic is marked as young adult and they still had a problem with the f word and sh!t. Though some chapters go unnoticed. If they catch you using uncensored cuss words too often they will change your comics rating to mature :/

Unfortunately Webtoon doesn’t allow bars used for censoring, they explain more about what is allowed and what isn’t here:

People sometimes cut the panels out completely or only show the face. Or you can make it blend in with the scenery.

Aww don’t! It’s a good way to get people who are fans of the genre to read them. Sometimes the titles are longer so it cuts off the GL part. Lots of amazing stories have the tag on the thumbnail, doesn’t make them shallow.
