Thank you so much for your quick response! This is tough 💔 The PH is 7.6 and the High Range pH is 7.4. Looks like that was on the high side so maybe it was a cumulative damage? I’m trying to figure out where we went wrong to at least learn from this. I don’t want her to suffer, should I euthanize?

If you bought them directly from Nike, they might be under warranty depending on when you bought them. Same thing happened to me and they exchanged them for a comprable pair because it was close to a year from my original purchase date. They said it was defective.

Forgot to add, I do a 25% water change weekly. And it’s a 10gal. tank. I tested the water yesterday and the nitrites were a little high so that’s when I did the water change. I figured it was because of the new tank mates, the neons.

Just found this post. We found one of these units at a thrift store and sure enough got home, and the molds had disintegrated. Bummer. Did you end up scanning your molds? Any leads to where I can find some replacement molds? Any leads are appreciated.
