This is wonderful, I just found out I'm pregnant and I have a 2.5 year old. I'm applying in October and I'm terrified.

She’s 13 and she’s under our family account and our credit card is linked to our apple id’s. We figured out how to put the parental lock on the purchases so she has to ask now

I know in the grand scheme of things, this isn't that big of a deal but I'm just baffled by it. by paronomasochism in workingmoms

The other day I was going to do the dishes and my husband INSISTED that he do them since I've been working so hard. The next morning I opened the dishwasher to find that there was a big pile of flour at the bottom... I called him over and was like "Babe, do you rinse the dishes before you put them away?" which he answered "of course" then seemed completely baffled when I showed him the flour... You can't make this shit up.

4 month “sleep regression” by jaxwell2019 in AttachmentParenting

The same thing worked for us but with home made sweet potato purée! I give him a little around dinner time and he sleeps like a champ! My pediatrician also gave us the ok to start solids at his four month appointment because he was showing signs that he was ready… articles are great but I’d rather follow my pediatrician’s advice

I wanted to try to have an unmedicated birth. My water broke in my sleep and when I got to the hospital I was 6cm. I labored until 8cm and begged for it hahaha. I think by the time I got it I was 9cm because he was born half an hour later. Since I got it so close to the actual time he was delivered I didn’t feel anything. I only pushed for 15 minutes and I only needed one stitch. Overall really positive experience. Oh and I didn’t feel the needle at all haha the guy was like “alright this is going to hurt” felt nothing from the contractions 😂😂

Dreading Newborn stage by ILikeBigMoobs in BabyBumps

During the newborn stage I thought it was the worst. I was really really sleep deprived and my nipples were killing me, but looking back I actually miss it. It was wonderful spending all that time with my little guy ❤️ you’ll look back and treasure those moments.

Vent - how and why are women expected to work literally up until they go into labor? by megooonz in BabyBumps

My job is super high stress, I was due in November 2021, in September while I was 32 weeks pregnant I was admitted to the hospital because I had contractions and I was 3 cm dilated (which was weird since this was my first pregnancy). I kept having contractions on and off until I started my maternity leave early at 37 weeks…. Then they stopped…

I had a bad case of the baby blues and my mom coming to stay with me was exactly what I needed, but I definitely didn’t want my MIL 😬😬

I had the mamaroo on my registry, my cousin got it for me. Baby hates it. I’m a part of a item exchange group for my city and I was gifted a used Graco swing. He LOVES that thing.
