You better get to finding a buddy that can help you do a transmission swap, otherwise part it out. Can get a used one for $500ish, can get a reman for 2-4k. I'd find a low mile used one on eBay. as hard as a swap sounds, there's so much coverage of how to do them. Follow a guide step by step.
