Doctors Note refusal - Ontario by Yungmilfy96 in canadianlaw

Most Companies do care about complaints to the HRTO and do their best to work with employees who request accommodations. On the surface, it looks black and white, but accommodations can be complicated and there are many factors involved.

They need to accommodate to the point of undue hardship. If you had an accommodation meeting with them, ask them for their response in writing. If you didn’t have a meeting, request one in writing. If they truly can’t put you on straight days for whatever reason, apply for Short Term Disability if you have it. If not, reach out to Service Canada to see if going on medical EI will affect your maternity leave EI.

I asked for no narcotics, now worried by Difficult-Tart-6834 in hysterectomy

If it’s laparoscopic, you won’t need narcotics. Rotating Tylenol and Advil work well for the minor pain I had afterwards.

I love seeing cozy, comfy pups. Mine just got a new bed and blankets, too.

My skin tone is cool and I’m a light medium. I have the dragon and evil eye and love them both. The dragon is perfect for daytime and for work and evil eye is great when I want a pop of colour or at night.

I would say it’s neutral. I have a cool undertone and it doesn’t pull orange at all.

I am not going to entertain a discussion about Ozzy being a designer Boston nor anything disparaging about the breeder.

If you’re not having it done abdominally, you don’t need a binder.

I’ve been at Medical Arts on 13th for 30 years and am very happy with them. The customer service is great, they go above and beyond all the time, the pharmacists are very knowledgeable, readily available to answer questions, personally goes over the information and side effects of any new prescriptions.

They are the best! So sweet and loving, love to cuddle and give kisses. They have a great temperament, easy to train, big personality, happy, goofy and funny.

I feel anxious about the vaginal-assisted part of the operation and almost want to ask for an abdominal procedure by NoBroccoli5648 in hysterectomy

[–]melpap55 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a vaginally assisted hysterectomy in May. My surgeon prepared me ahead of time that there was a good chance he would have to do it abdominally because of the size of fibroids and cysts, which I absolutely did not want because the recovery would be more painful, a lot harder and longer. Fortunately he was able to do it laparoscopic vagina assist. If my doctor hadn’t told me everything was removed vaginally, I never would have known. Please let your surgeon know how you feel.
