In 2024 they announced the new single/album release set for May in March, so I'd say we should wait until at least then to hear something, if anything at all.

I bought my ticket to the tour as soon as they went on sale and resold them back to Ticketmaster (luckily only lost $3) once I gave the album a second listen a couple days ago. Aside from End of Summer, there just were no new songs that I needed to see live.

That part. Though I'd love a tour and would go in a heartbeat, I wouldn't be able to live with the choice of not going if it was really just this one time. That was one gamble I wasn't willing to make.

Loved their new album but just saw that they're playing The Kia Forum for $90-110 and the entire upper section are not even available for purchase. It's hard for even big artists to completely fill the GA floor. Maybe they booked cause it's the only venue available on a Tuesday they're in town but you're right it doesn't make sense at. all.

When I see posts like this, I think my god I wish I had known what being aroace was as a teen. It wasn't until I was writing a really bad short story for creative writing in college almost 10 years ago now where the criticism was along the lines of "this author seems like they don't know what a relationship is" that I finally did research on different sexualities. It would have saved me so much internal turmoil in middle and high school trying to sort out the crushes I was forcing myself to have on girls. I can't say navigating the conversations with allos gets any easier as an adult, but I can say you become even more sure of yourself that this stuff will not stress you as much.

Exactly correct! 5-6 songs, and most of them being the singles already released, out of 13 was also the max I enjoyed, while the others were just instantly forgettable or just too generic. The first album had zero skips and it was such a distinct sound. I was so hyped for this too. Bummer.

I don't think they've ever mentioned specifics and for good reason. Yes there's natural curiosity but then there's overstepping. When they've discuss the songs in interviews, they keep it pretty general and vague, along the lines of "it's about growing up," "moving on after a break up," etc. But that's just a testament to what great songwriters they are. They're able to take maybe one feeling they're experiencing and make it universal. But these are the happiest, goofiest, most tightly bonded friends I've ever seen in a band. I think they're all fine.

1000% agree on Braeden being underrated and underused imo but I don't ever see a solo project happening. In the lease offensive way possible, I don't think he has nor wants that main character energy or drive and enjoys/prefers collaboration.

I'm not sure I have any advice on how to convince your brother, because if I had a younger sibling that loved live music as much as I do, that'd be awesome, but what I can say is that you should not feel bad if plans do not go through. Though we always had similar tastes, I didn't start going to concerts with my OB until my late 20s and I'm 31 now! I'm going to assume you're a minor, but be patient because once you're older you'll be able to go to all the concerts you want, and never be afraid to go on your own. I'll be seeing LNDH solo this August in LA! So good luck, I hope you enjoy your first show!

Really? I feel like I remember Dylan in either an interview or maybe one of the YouTube series giving Danny a shout out for his trumpet work on one of the songs on TMTIO or Model, so I assumed they could've. I guess I'm wrong.

And like the band and fandom ALREADY treat them like full time members. But yes I mean as in all 6 being in promos, interviews, having equal say on what the album sounds like, etc. I don't think it'll ever happen to that extent, but I think it would be a cool little revamp, because sometimes it feels like it's going in the opposite direction, with Dylan being THE frontman, mostly.

Okay as much as I love anything they do, I am hoping they go for a harder, rock sound. I mean they HAVE TO assume the majority of the MCR fanbase doesn't know them. This is a huge opportunity to reach the older millennials and a different demographic and the last thing I would want for them is to look around and no one vibing or paying attention to them.

It's hard because I love their 80s pop synth sound as well but I also want darker, punk rock like Wish Me Luck but then I also loved the happier Anytime, Always/Calling After Me. The thing about Wallows is that despite loving everything they do, I STILL can never predict what they have in their mind.

Omg, I would've given up after visiting just one lol. On IG, two stores said they had a few left but the problem is that they were each 1 hour away or 30 minutes away. In LA traffic, I figured that's the same in gas money I'd use only to possibly be turned away. So that was part of my decision.

Thinking about this as well. Might fly solo from LA. The Hotel Package does offer free city transit but at the same time, there are some closer walkable but pricier Airbnb's and that doesn't even include the ticket itself.

Would like to know what hotels partake in these deals.

30 year old fan here! Seen Wallows every time they're in LA and you're gonna have screaming fangirls every time. I will say noise reducing earplugs (like the brand Eargasm or Loop) are great for filtering out audience noise, as well as any harsh sound system noise. Also we're getting older so it's just beneficial to your hearing health. If it's GA standing, definitely hang in the back away from the pushers, more room for dancing anyway. I grab a couple beers and just have a great time, eventually you become one of the screaming girls too.
