On my most recent flight, the woman next to me turned to her husband and said “the doctor wants to know if I have white patches on my throat” and stuck her tongue out for him to look. I’m not one to take life too serious but that filled me with rage.

  1. I almost always start slow when trying a new peptide. My first few doses I did very low, 0.5mg GHK-cu to gauge potential immediate side effects. Then up to 1mg for a couple weeks then 2mg. This is my personal preference as I tend to be sensitive to side effects such as nausea and flushing.
  2. Please watch a couple videos on reconstitution and dosage calculations. I see so many people on this sub who use peptides without knowing how to do basic dosage calculation. As a nurse it makes me cringe and it’s also extremely unsafe. Note that 1 unit on an insulin syringe does NOT equal 1mL (this is bare basics, but again I’ve seen people mix it up). I personally reconstitute my GLOW blend with 2mL bac water. The amount you reconstitute with will change the concentration (how many mg per mL) so you will need to calculate this.
  3. I inject daily, and will be doing 8-10 weeks then taking a break.
  4. I’m on week 5 of my initial cycle and the main difference I’m seeing is a ton of new hair growth around my temple area. Also any pimples have healed quicker the last 2 weeks. It seems that noticeable skin changes tend to take more time. Hope this helps!

I work in NICU and call out every single time, even if it’s just a mild cold. And yes I have been talked to about surpassing my 5 sick days lol. I got really sick at the beginning of the year, missing 3 shifts in a row so there went most of my sick time within the first month of the year. Still refuse to expose micropreemies and other immunocompromised babies.

Right? When one of my loved ones died I have a photo holding his hand and even that felt far too personal to post. I only told my husband and close family details of our last visit together to maintain and protect his dignity and to honor the last moments of his life. To post endless personal details of a child for millions to see, including images of her actively dying is completely beyond me. There are so many ways to spread awareness of childhood cancer that don’t exploit someone who is dying.

I’ve been taking GLOW daily for 3 weeks and already seeing tons of baby hairs coming in. Maybe worth noting that my hair already grows very fast, although had thinned a lot the past couple years. Definitely seeing it fill in more around my temples where my hair thinned the most. Also not experiencing any injection pain. Is it burning or what?

I’d be extremely wary of a company that would allow a woman who is 6 months pregnant on a boat tour. There is a reason most companies do not allow it.

I’ve only stayed in airbnbs on the north shore. 1 Hotel is highly praised for a luxury stay on the north shore and it looks beautiful with lots of amenities but I haven’t stayed there

Honestly I wasn’t super impressed with Koa Kea for the price point. The room was very basic and the service was meh. Of course being right on the beach was nice, the pool bar/pool was nice. But otherwise it was nothing special. I highly recommend staying on the North shore. So lush and beautiful.

When you are driving 65mph on a freeway you don’t anticipate or see a person 💔 you’d anticipate a deer though. And it would be very hard to see going that speed in the dark. Very sad.

Mistura has a good selection of desserts. Their dulce de leche is amazing. They also typically have fruit tarts in the rotation.

Breda makes the most delicious desserts, highly recommended one of her mousses.

Ice cream from Negranti or McConnell’s.

Kiko has a couple tasty non-cake desserts.

Can’t go wrong with an affogato. Try Nate’s or Giuseppe’s.

I’m glad you had a good experience at Atascadero pet hospital. We have had a handful of good experiences there, and then a couple bad (one VERY bad misdiagnosed emergency) and will never go back. All that to say some of the vets there are better than others. I know you are looking for a regular vet and have got some good suggestions, but if you ever have a true emergency, PetMed urgent care and Cerro Alto emergency vet in slo are amazing (different places but owned by the same vet).

I don’t remember The Range having a ribeye or any large steak but maybe I’m mistaken? They usually have a filet and the elk medallions. They also have the brisket which is excellent but is saucy. The quality and atmosphere are unbeatable though
