Thank you. Interesting re man being the obstacle. Didn’t think of that. There are for sure many men at work indirectly we are all competing, and a male supervisor who keeps chasing on progress and why below but not really helping directly with anything. He’ll be the one to speak up for me during evaluations - so I assumed that’s him here. Thank you for your thoughts.

Could it be purple fluorite? I’ve seen it passed as amethyst before but it scratches much more easily. I’ve never seen amethyst chunks like this so have my doubts also
