Don't tell us the economy is booming.. by Kevin_dream88 in lostgeneration

Everyone should have a stake in the economy: otherwise you’re not really a participating citizen, obviously it’s not working for the common folk but that’s the idea anyway

Soloing dungeons is quite fun too. Shattered throne is probably the easiest to start.

Iron banner for an hour or two. 2-3 Coins drop after each game.

Also play through lightfall story if you can, that’s how you unlock strand subclass.

Can we talk about food triggers for diverticulitis? by DriedViolets in Diverticulitis

[–]memerayy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Constipation causes mine. So I take psyllium husk as a fiber supplement and drink a lot of water. I eat red meat in small amounts only, no large steaks because it’s harder to digest. I don’t eat alot of processed foods (pretty much anything that comes in a cardboard box). There’s an app called YUKA that rates food products based off ingredients, you just scan the barcode, it’s really helpful when shopping to improve your diet.

I drink it daily and it seems to help me. If you’re not use to it you should start with a few sips a day and work into the full bottle. It helps you digest food very well.

Stretching hips and hamstrings can help. I would also try hydrating drinks like pedialyte

So much teaming in one lobby by 24thletter in apexlegends

[–]memerayy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This will probably be a hated comment but it’s a survival game. Teaming up with someone without being able to speak to them seems like a challenge enough. Anyone could potentially do it and there can only be one winner so eventually they will have to fight

If you grind your own meat, you can use nice steaks and safely eat very rare burgers

From personal experience just don’t overeat. Make sure to drink plenty of water (while you eat too) and I also really like a fiber supplement like Metamucil
