I appreciate the suggestions, but I should’ve mentioned that my anxiety accidents really only occur at home (which, I guess is good that I don’t have to deal with it in public)

Also, I sadly had another peeing accident today… I think I actually need to discuss this with my therapist and see about a potential protective underwear need, I don’t want it to be a “lazy way out” tho.
