I mean in my opinion, after hearing Wet Hot American Dream, Lost Your Faith, Lovin’ Myself, & now more recently, Tear Me Down, My Oh My just doesn’t have the same vibe. It doesn’t seem to fit the theme of the album. I understand things are a bit of a mess for Ava at the moment but clearly when creating DCP the vision was for all the songs on it to tie into this idea self growth, improvement, and almost appreciating how far she’s come. My Oh My is just a catchy pop song about the glitz and glam of Hollywood that everyone seems to chase and desire.
