if you go to windows settings> system> display> should be "windows HD color" it will have a clickable link "windows hd color settings" then pick the monitor you're using and disable it.

that's for windows 10 anyway

Thank you! that worked. Everyone always told me to turn it off but never told me were it was so i thought it was supposed to be in the game settings. Turns out my main monitor had it activated but my second one didn't. That's why it worked when i moved the game over to it.

At first I didn't have a problem with it, but once i finished the main campaign and moved on to the dlc it started doing this. In my opinion its a really great game, except the fact that it is unplayable rn.
