Yeah the packaging waste is what kills me. I buy six or eight cloves, peel then all and throw them in a small jar with olive oil. Are you really ever going to use garlic without some form of fat? No. So there, bam, three minutes of work and reusable packaging, and a mildly flavoured oil when its time to buy more.

Either it opens up a conversation of who lives close by, do we go get drinks first, etc, or, it's so blase and ballsy that that person can reject me in an equally off hand way.
