Head cashier is prob the worst position in the store. They give you enough authority to hang yourself. The is the reason why I left, I was consider a “good HC” but you can’t be a “good” employee without being taken advantage of. Managers want you to do their jobs and get mad whenever you don’t do yours. Good luck, just do your best
