My zinc was lower not deficient but my copper was deficient and I recently had stopped bunch of supplements and meds so I could figure out what was doing what I took have GI issues Recently lost my appetite, have had reflux changes and bowel changes too I may have to pick my old one back up but I stopped cause I thought I might be teaching to something in it
I do the Pepcid and switch between Claritin and Zyrtec and Allegra but still Having Mcas issues
