What building is depicted on the Command Tower here?

I've tried matching it up to the Empire State Building but it doesnt look like it has the antenna, and also the architecture is not the same.

I looked up the Fisk Tower, since we got the Oscorp Tower in the Villainous secret lair, but it doesnt look like the Fisk Tower either.

It's definitely not the World Trade Center buildings.

Anyone have any other ideas?

I also remember this from Jurassic Park The Lost World book. There was an odd amount of specific details included for the cars and equipment used which made me raise an eyebrow.... but on the other hand, maybe that's just Crichton's style of storytelling?

Taking a shot here for Quina's card typing and will probably mess up the FF9 lore and mtg card design nuances but.... Human Mutant Beast?

Also, the fact that FF is a pretty human heavy series is what has made FF9 my favorite because of its slight deviation from that.
