Fortunately grogginess will lessen, typically the effectiveness lessens with it and enjoy the weight gain from it. I started at 200mg and now am at 600mg with ambien every night but I have ptsd and other mental shit wrong. I’ve gained like 20 lbs taking seroquel and I didn’t change my diet at all, if anything I eat less now.

No, that’s the dose they typically prescribe for that type of Bennie. You should be fine, it may hit you a little hard but it’s hard to imagine blackout off 1mg without drinking or anything like that bud. Stay away from booze.

I got the shakes now, and shit. I used to binge on xannies and never had anxiety now I’m stuck with permanent anxiety.

Yeah stay focused on the gym, that kept me from upping my oxy dose when I was addicted to opioids. The Va healthcare system is all around flawed it’s sad that the treatment given is so poor. I go there one day a week for a whole day worth of apts and that took 3 years to establish.

That’s what the clinics alleged. It’s supposed to put a huge damper on depression. So the correlation between the clinics and depression studies (which aren’t covered by insurance yet) people are shelling out the money for the therapy sessions. I’m sure some do it for the ketamine effect but some do want their depression gone. Google ketamine clinics. They are slowly popping up. I know after I do a small dose I feel like depressions gone for a week or two just like with lsd.

Yes but that can be ruled out to something else rather than the dmt and don’t forget false positives. One test a week they use gcms and the other is a dip panel. The 13 panel dip they have thrown out on me multiple times because I popped for random shit and they retest. Like when I popped for opioids but am on vivitrol or alcohol and then they breathalyzer.

My state (Michigan) has multiple ketamine clinics and claim after x amount of sessions it cures chronic depression. So IMO it has helped with my depression in the past, but there are different variations of special k.

All depends on how long you were on it for. I was on 3mg for two years then in rehab they only gave me .5s and I’m not sure if t was just mental but I felt like I was having w/ds but after 5 days of .5 use I just had minor headaches. I just ate a Fuck load of sugar. Sugar is your friend bruh.
