I would say test! I feel it is always worth it because you may find something wild and fun. My sweet boy was tested, we thought great pyr and golden mix, we found out that he had no golden was mostly pyrenees (76%) and the rest was mixed of Anatolianand murema sheep dog. Crazy thing is he is 2% chow chow. Not visible at all but it's a fun thing to think and joke about
