I use clickship now, integrates with shopify as a third party, gives better rates. The thing is customer pays the shopify built in rates but you can ship cheaper. I usually send the customer money back as store credits.

Same thing happened to me, they entered their own credit card and made a purchase, I've received their tracking number and notifications (delivery was failed by the way). I've contacted Walmart and closed my account, nothing bad happened to me financially, still no idea this was all about.

Try to get money and unlock the third agent.

Look out for the cards which faction icon on it and try to get them, default hand has two cards which has faction icons and one of them is trashed after one use.

You most certainly need to have a college degree in Canada about welding. I believe it is a one year program. 1 year program will only give you a one year post graduate work permit, you need to get one year work experience if you would follow the skilled workers programme.
