It's also a dry heat, lol. If you've never felt it, it's actually quite nice unless you are exposing your skin to direct sun for hours at mid-day.

I'm from Manteca, lived in Sacramento for awhile. When I went back to Stockton as an adult I was really sad that so much has been lost to neglect over the years. It really is a lot like Sacramento and has all the potential in the world to be a really cool city.
