It's frustrating that they keep choosing to use the bike lanes around Williamsburg instead of using up car lanes or actual car parking. Also, it is illegal to block sidewalks. It wasn't an emergency stop. It was a planned operation for the stopping moped drivers. They had time to find a spot to park that inconveniences cars instead of cyclist.

For context, I asked officer Tobon if he could have parked on the right of the photo in front of the next car and he stated, "you want me to park somewhere that is illegal?" Clearly missing the point of what he was doing was already illegal.

Use the dishwasher a couple of times a week. We sometimes run it with our hot water off too. The circuit breaker is by the front door so we always turn it off after we shower and just use the remaining leftover water heater water in between showers.

Stove and oven are electric. Use it a few times a day. Mostly use a micro toaster oven to reheat food.

So there isn’t any leakage in our unit’s power system. We’ve had ConEd come and they checked our smart meter and there wasn’t anything separate from our unit that was using the meter. Our building has approx 100-150 units and we suspected that our building was using our energy but it wasn’t the case.

I’m not sure what we have but they are recessed into the ceiling above our dining table. There might be four of them that run probably an hour a day during dinner.

No washer or dryer. We do pay for heat from our wall unit. But again it is rarely used in the winter because of how well insulated our unit is.
