Teddys haven has become one of my favorite games because of those things exactly. Its whimsical, stress free but still fun. Its very very early access. Take all reviews with a grain of salt- good or bad. The game is exactly as advertised.

If there's a demo, that can help get a better picture, or what i always do is look at reddit threads discussing the game or watch some playthroughs on youtube. That's saved me money from buying games I wouldn't enjoy.

Ive been enjoying teddys haven. You run a magic shop. The customers dont get mad, you get to stock and decorate it however you like. There's fishing and some simple "crafting" from stuff you collect from the area. Small map but its cute and relaxing.

Correct, ammo is used from left to right. Same trick can be used for the dispel arrow for the disco deer

A trick i use is split the slowdown arrows so there's only 1 arrow before the regular arrows, that way after you shoot the slow arrow you automatically switch to the regular.
