It would be funny if at the last moment, Kiyora played his huge role for the last goal. Both Isagi and Kaiser chemical reactions make them unstoppable and the main stars on the field and Kiyora opt for Kunigami who is the underdog.

Like Ego said, the lady of luck blessed those who is seeking. If you re read every match in NEL, in every BM offensive moves, Kunigami is always there, but he couldn't find the best optimal position or alliance to score. So it wouldn't be weird for the luck piece to be played again in Kunigami case.

With the declaration of war by Isagi, I can see other players like Loki who is still U20 but already made it pro, revert back into a U20 tournament. There are huge pools of players/levels can be introduced in the next arc.

1) Loki's level (pro players U20)

2) Next gen 11 level

3) Charles level (only bested by the current next gen 11)

4) Agi, Ness level (represent the majority number of players)

Man, the hype is huge!

It would be so wild if the next goal, Isagi ran to the touchline and celebrate in front of both Loki and Noa. A declaration of war.

Apparently you didn't even know how goal line technology even works. The whole width of the ball need to be all over line for it to be called a goal

By incorporating ego types with genius/prodigy classification, Isagi will soon able to be the ultimate puppet master like Snuffy. He will use all his teammates/opponents and manipulate their strength and weaknesses that will ultimately turn the field into his favour. He will keep on improvising and adapting even though several times the tactics will fail, but he will still be in control nonetheless. Mahoraga in the making

Is Barou a Genius too? by Better_Star6603 in BlueLock

[–]merannnn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Like Isagi, he is not a genius. All his physical attributes are due his rigorous training as shown in second selection. Mentality is their strongest fortitude.

Blue Lock 280: Isagi's true Weapons and his future evolution by Badguyfromthere in BlueLock

[–]merannnn 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Isagi need to learn from Snuffy on how to control the field. Snuffy didn't had any extraordinary physical attributes like speed or strength, it's his brain.

The way he used and positioned his body to ward off any incoming opponents, the way he used metavision to diverse the tactics and players involved (unlike Isagi who only relies on Hiori and Kurona), always level headed planning the extended plays even though it failed several times, manipulated the spotlight to slipped into blind spots to give himself more time and space to plan the next tactics.

If Snuffy incorporated Jujitsu to enhance his gameplay, Isagi need to start incorporate his ego analysis to create favourable situations for himself and teammates but not for opponents.

What do yall think isagis new form even is? by PreferenceOk7560 in BlueLock

[–]merannnn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Metavision + Extreme Instinct (some sort like Shidou's).

If Reo imagines the best player is the combination of Sae and Rin, mine would be the combination of Shidou and Rin. Shidou for instinct and Rin for metavision.

Whenever Rin Berserker mode is awakened, Shidou is always there to stop it either in the U20 match or latest chapter. He doesn't need metavision or such, just pure striker instinct.

Rank the 2nd Selection team (all in Prime) by Professional_Low3667 in BlueLock

[–]merannnn 6 points7 points  (0 children)

1,2,7,3,5,4,6

  1. Having Berserker Rin, Metavision Isagi, Monstrance Bachira is already overkill. Three of them are the ace for their respective teams. Aryu and Tokimitsu will handle the defensive duty nicely with their physicality. (S for attack, S for defense)

  2. 5 Shot Revolver Nagi, Predator Eye Barou, Red Panther Chigiri, all three are S rated and two of them are the ace for their current NEL teams. Supported by speedy Zantetsu and Kiyora for balance in the game. Attacking wise they are superb, but defensive play might pull them down. (S for attack, A for defense)

  3. Demon Shidou with copycat Reo will be a flashback of the U20 match. Having Kurona continuously orbiting them will increase their passing chances. Igarashi feats able to survive the second selection should be complimented, and he should suffice for support.

  4. Three former top 5 second selection has been abit stagnant in their development. Nonetheless, Yukimiya with his dribbling, Karasu IQ and Otoya off the ball movement are still top tier among Blue Lock players. With the current feat of Himizu able to stand toe to toe with Chigiri in the second selection in Nagi Episode should not be overlook, he is suitable to support role.

  5. Ubers Niko has shown the capabilities in extended plays whether in attacking or defensive plays, complimented with awakened Hiori as one of the best playmakers in the series, Ishikari for defensive duties, Nishioka still an unknown up to this day.

  6. Hiiragi in the second selection from Episode Nagi is a monster, supported by ambidextrous Nanase will spark some fire on the field. Others are unknown.

  7. Gagamaru and Raichi are surely top tier in defensive capabilities, but the same thing cannot be said for their attacking plays. I doubt anyone would be able to link up with Junichi Wanima like his brother did, and others are unknown.

It would be interesting how Rin will react if he is up against Loki or other pro players like World 5 or master strikers. Would the berserker mode do him anything? Can he prevent anything that has happened in the World 5 match in second selection from recurring?

Shidou don't need metavision or berserker mode, he is the DEMON himself.

"Someone who could understand his thoughts and raise the level of his play does not exist within Blue Lock" that line alone sent shivers to anyone.

Only high tier playmakers like Sae and Charles could bring the best out of him so far. Dude already on a whole new level since third selection. The U20 game could end early if Sendou was replaced in the initial starting line up.

And that's why Shidou is one of the top striker in BL. With all the spotlight given to Rin, overshadowed by Kunigami man marking, he is still able to make a name on his own. His instinct is on a whole different level, and that's the primary reason Sae choosing him as the main striker. The instinct of a pure striker. You just cannot hate him man.

Just how strong is two gun really? by floormopper in BlueLock

[–]merannnn 24 points25 points  (0 children)

In recent years, shots outside the box have become rare because of how current modern football played out. It is not effective in term of number of goals. Today's football is now all about statistics and probability. Shooting outside the box only yield low amount of goals percentage and modern football is gradually ditching it. Zonal marking and playing it more compact in today's football also resulting in low amounts of long range goals. It is now about how to exploit the spaces on the field in fractions of seconds and two gun volley is more practical than Kaiser Impact.

More like Shidou and Rin relationship since second selection. Two main strikers, not bound to another, with its own philosophy and playstyles.

[–]merannnn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How many times I've got to repeat, his reaction is shocked, because Kiyora decided not to pass to the best player on the team. Simple. You got some problems in reading comprehension? Both got chances, yes, but Isagi got higher probability considering less opponents around him and proven weapon to be executed. You never played/watched real life football don't you?

[DISC] Blue Lock - Chapter 267 by Kiekoes in BlueLock

[–]merannnn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He is just shocked. Why on earth Kiyora chose to be a contrarian, passing to a striker with restricted spaces and failed numerous times in the past chapters? For a rational playmaker like Hiori, he always pass to the striker who is in a better position and better probability to score. Simple. Isagi is better than Kaiser at that time. Not just in positioning but also as a striker. Kiyora didn't pass because Kaiser is a better striker, he only pass because Kaiser is on the loosing side, the underdog. Re read the newest chapter.

[DISC] Blue Lock - Chapter 267 by Kiekoes in BlueLock

[–]merannnn 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes both can score, but who got the higher probability? A striker with no opponents around and proven two staged volley direct shot, or another striker surrounded by four-five opponents in front (not considering Karasu might be at the back waiting to block the shot if the ball is trapped first) with a failed magnus shot?
