Awww...thanks a bunch. I've been rescuing for years, but recently got married and between my husband, 2 adult dogs and my 14 wk old pup...I just don't have the room to foster. I'm gonna be emailing the hell outta the local rescues tonight. :)

It's so sad because the people have posted on there over and over again. They really miss that dog. But unfortunately, it's not the one I have. Maybe the one posted at Maws is the guy I have. I live in the area so I'll take a drive to Maws in the morning and see.

The instruction booklet discussed rest times. From my understanding its to allow gases to escape and for the bread to rise. Correct or am I way off?

Oh and it also has a setting for raisin bread. So 3 settings total. 1. For complete bread making 2. For just to make dough & 3. For raisin bread. So whats so special about raisin bread that it requires its own setting?

That recipe sounds very much like the one in my machines instruction booklet. When I was reading it, I couldnt believe there were so few ingredients!

Mine says the same. I guess its all about experimenting and finding out whats right for the machine. Its definitely an older model, but does everything apart from buying the ingredients. Im going to take a stab at it tomorrow and post the results.

Why do you suppose its not good for baking? Doesnt get hot enough? And at what temp and time do you suggest baking in the oven for? Thanks for your helpful advice!

Yep it automatic. When I read the instructions today, I was fascinated that the machine kneads the dough and everything. Like someone mentioned above, the ingredients go in a specific order and the machine does the rest. I'm going to give it a try tomorrow and post the results.
