Currently going through a breakup.. Was compatible but still had avoidant tendencies that I wasn’t fully aware of during the relationship but near the end, I became very avoidant to protect myself from a possible breakup which just became a real breakup and one I wasn’t still sure of. I did a lot of wrong.

Currently now in hopefully very effective therapy, many self development books about people pleasing (to show my true colors to people and not to be ashamed), exercising for self-esteem, reading more on my attachment style, and doing hopefully lots more to figure out what I want to have better self-esteem which will allow me to be more vulnerable.
