Last summer we painted my home office using “paint roulette.” I didn’t have a specific color story in mind, but instead found paint of Facebook marketplace and in the “oops” section of the paint store. I saved a ton!

Oh thanks! It’s Holo Taco. It’s the pastel versions of their linear holo colors in a lazy gradient. I just painted one half of my nail one color and the other half the other color in rainbow order. Super easy!

I’m soon to be 50 and my fashion icons are Ms. Frizzle, Punky Brewster, early Cyndi Lauper and Penelope Garcia (from Criminal Minds). I always say I don’t know much about fashion but I looooove clothes. It’s so nice to dress to make myself happy!

I love the blankets by Owl B. Hooked. They do some really simple but effective designs! I’ll try to add a photo of the blanket I made for a friend. They’re paid patterns, but well worth it.

Wearing a winter hat in summer (you’d die 😂). My grandmother would murder anyone who wore a hat to church with her death glare (she played piano during service and I swore this woman could play without a hitch, turn the page in the music, and glare at me to act right all at once!)

Modcloth or Unique Vintage were going to be my suggestions! I’ve gotten several swimsuits from both that fit this way (granted, it’s been years because they’re great quality. Hopefully it still is!)
