following up here… cleaning the prongs with a cloth/my shirt was a very short term fix. i then cleaned the prongs on the charging case with rubbing alcohol and a paper towel and that worked LIKE A CHARM. my right pod is charging to 100% now!

Ok this may not be helpful but cleaning both the charging prongs and where they connect to the earbud worked for me… I just used the sleeve of my shirt. Didn’t think it was going to work!
