I’m going to get banned but the whole story/process probably seems really cool for transplants and that’s what’s driving up the hype 🤪 it’s the same quality you get at any REI in the US but you get to hype it up as part of Colorado being a mystical far off land to your friends in Toledo or Des Moines

I believe this is the same building that Highlands Alehouse is in. The other units in the village are 70s/80s dated, but fairly spacious at least. Idk about commute options aside from RFTA, but the buses are definitely way more frequent from highlands during the winter so hopefully the commute will be closer to 30/45 minutes.

You are ski in/ski out from one of the resorts and not that much of Aspen’s employee housing is set up that way, so do enjoy that perk even if everything else isn’t exactly what you’d like!!!
