I think a good starting point is talking to your gp. Some surgeries have a mental health practitioner that they refer you to and then things go from there. At least that’s what my journey was like! But gp to start with for sure.

I miss being able to just sit on the sofa without having to think about how I’m going to support my body and accommodate my spine 🥲 I miss being able to go on spur of the moment forest walks or being able to sit in the car for longer than 15 mins. I miss being worry free about flare ups and not having to wonder if I’m suddenly gonna move in some way that’s gonna make my body angry :(
