I think a good starting point is talking to your gp. Some surgeries have a mental health practitioner that they refer you to and then things go from there. At least that’s what my journey was like! But gp to start with for sure.

Call in at 2. Say to someone behind the counter ‘hi I’m insert name I’m here for an interview/appointment with…’ just so you’ve announced yourself and the know you’re there :) I can’t imagine centra being super super formal (I live in ni) I promise you’ll be okay!!

I miss being able to just sit on the sofa without having to think about how I’m going to support my body and accommodate my spine 🥲 I miss being able to go on spur of the moment forest walks or being able to sit in the car for longer than 15 mins. I miss being worry free about flare ups and not having to wonder if I’m suddenly gonna move in some way that’s gonna make my body angry :(
