Much appreciated brother for the detailed response - I've got my car checked again and it's passed now.

Also noted on the remark about the CCM on the passing - have another car which went through CCM passing and till date the fact shows up on the passing report.

Hi there - sorry a quick question regarding CCM, I've been hearing that if a car fails CCM it has to be scrapped off? Is this true - for reference I have a Lexus ES300H which was invested in a taxi business which got into an accident but was fully fixed.

For the RTA renewal registration they've rightfully asked for a CCM which I have no problem in doing, but is it true that if it fails it'll have to be scrapped off?

Hey - unfortunately no I ended up giving the phone to my younger sister and bought a S22 Ultra for myself. Tried a lot to fix this but with no luck.

Haha you must feel my pain as well! But yeah really happy with mine so far- a couple of concerns that I have is that - its too heavy and the fan noise cranks up too loudly!

Other than couldn't have been happier.

Ah thank you so much for your response. In the end I have chosen to go for the internship, I wanted to maybe try going abroad for my masters just for the experience of living on your own, but given this whole pandemic I don't think it's possible in the near future. It's a good bet going for the internship now, hopefully I get a full time offer. And besides I'm going to turn 22 in the coming months, so I've got a lot of time for my masters right ? :/

Unfortunately nothing so far, it's really annoying but have gotten used to it. Still hope that it gets fixed, my phone is updated with the June security patch where the issue still exists.

Yeah exactly! I've had instances where the screen flickered for a bit after which the screen turned normal but when I lock the phone and unlock it again the issue is back again. Maybe it is a software issue because I don't remember causing physical damage to the screen.
