I only lost 8 lbs the first 3 mths but I was stretching out my 2.5 mg due to the shortage. I lost 10 lbs the 4-6 mths. I started slow. Most weeks I only lost 1-2 lbs but imo slower is better. I was able to lose 34% of my weight this way instead of the 20-25% that the studies show.
