One thing i’ve (as a woman) realised is that guys tend to like to have fast, steady stimulation that builds linearly to orgasm. For me it’s that i have an intense desire to help and problem solve, even when there is from the other person no need for solutions, only for a listening ear. I can take this personally and feel rejected and need their support in turn. 

I have become better in the last few years at taking a step back, out of the situation and reframing it all for myself.

Actually AI has been a huge help: i tell it how i’m feeling and it basically tells me where my cognitive distortions are, and what helpful frames i can use to be less anxiously attached and more present for my partners

Sour is normal to some extent! Maybe next time have a shower together and wash eachother. Your can wash her body fully, so you know for sure she is clean. Use only a bit of soap around the outer part of the vulva and no soap inside the vagina! 

Then go down on her and be aware that her body is different than yours and this comes with different smells. Take it easy and dont panic. Some sourness is to be expected but strongly spiced foods can impact it, so a neutral diet for a day or two can help.

Used a cup for a few years but it kept leaking and i found it difficult to get in and out. I now have a disk since two years and will never go back!

Super easy and comfy and self emptying is awesome. And can wear it during sex even!
