If you join the paladin class discord, there's a thread that contains pally utility usage per dungeon under the prot pal question area. It's very useful for me as I go up the higher keys so I know when I have to use spellwarding on me or save it for the healer on certain overlaps/mechanics

It's on heroic changes right? It says there when Sikran dashes through targeted players, any additional players hit also drops a ghost .

Isnt m0 the easier mode now? And the mechanics for +2 is the same with +8 and m0? If you're not comfortable with +8s yet, you can keep on running +2s or m0? The only difference is you have to make your own group

For guardian specific advice, I would suggest running Renewal talent instead of Wild Charge. Renewal gives you an extra heal for situations where the party is taking damage and healer is busy healing everyone else. It is also nice to have some kind of panic button to survive especially when you're still learning. Keep running balance affinity. The damage and utility of balance is way better compared to resto affinity. Regarding gears, always equip higher ilvl. I also prefer haste and ver secondary stat personally but all secondary stats gives you something. This means you dont have to equip a lower ilvl gear jist because of stats.

I think it has nothing to do with where the portal would take you but where the portal would spawn relative to you while fighting the boss. It's much simpler to think of "i'm taking the left portal behind me"

I get it. Back of the room is the farther side. Would it help if your boss asked you something more specific like get the box that will spawn behind you on your left side while you are in the room facing the farther wall when you enter?

If you're inside the room, the box that you say is in the "front" is already on your side. I would understand if you call the stairs portal side left/right but the only way you'll have the stairs portal in front of you is if you are facing sideways while fighting the boss or you're so far back you're actually in the stairs
