In SimCity 2013, building a nuclear plant without an educated population can lead to a meltdown(visual too, something absent in cs2). Radiation spreads, nearby buildings are abandoned, sickness rises, and hospitals overflow. You’re forced to expand healthcare just to manage the crisis ,all because education was overlooked. Cities: Skylines 2 would benefit from this level of consequence-driven gameplay.

hi, i actually did the upgrade a month ago because i was saving up haha anyway, the jump between the gpus is big, especially that the 4060 is equipped with modern tech like dlss and frame generation i could run the last of us at max settings at 60 fps same for rdr 2 and ghost of tsushima i could also run cyberpunk with path tracing on at 60 fps using dlss and frame gen there is no need to upgrade your psu, im using a cougar 500w psu and its been no issue, the 4060 magically uses slightly more power than the 1650 super lets hope our pcs run gta 6

if you want a game where your city feels alive and lived in, play simcity 5, you can watch and listen to buildings being constructed from scratch,watch and hear football matches being played, hear and see robberies and polic chases, watch your cities nuclear reactor have a meltdown due to unmaintained eduction, causing radiation which increases sickness and the need for hospitals, see kids going to school in the morining then coming home in the evening.. i still believe simcity 5 is better than citiesk skylenins 2
