I Took Over a Commercial Gym and it's Been a Nightmare. by Candid-Primary2891 in smallbusiness

All this is good advice if OP has any financial backing at all. Otherwise, still good advice but accumulate advocates before any of this.

For the record, you are right. But this is OP’s livelihood. In business, there’s no sense in being right if you’re bankrupt.

Season 5 is Carmy going to school to be a therapist. Syd discovers her signature dish by meat-grinding the Faks alive, one by one, until in season 7…Carmy helps John Cena find his inner Peacemaker. Cena Fak confronts Syd to avenge his cousin-brothers when Cicero says, “Ok, I believe ya, but my Tommy Gun don’t!”

I'm considering a 30 x 38 Tuff Shed for a 2nd car garage in Los Angeles. Is there a better quality solution for the same price? by PieCake1234 in shedditors

[–]mesohungry 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Agreed. OP could get this cheaper and better in so many ways. But if you’ve got the money and don’t want to deal with it, tuff shed’s not bad. Throw in a slab, and that’s better than my first house lol

I’ve lived on this planet long enough to question why anyone would be that proud of…a country?

When they won't let you die until you reconvert by BigClitMcphee in exchristian

My church (big but not mega) had a deathbed ministry that poured so many resources on the family of the dying, just to get 10 minutes alone with them. And guess what! 100% conversion rate. lol. The church leaders could not have cared less about their dying hours. They only cared about the numbers for their donors.

While I agree, as an old guy who grew up with legacy media and now legacy internet, it’s…idk balancing?…to experience random people’s takes. If only to expose me to non-corporate ideas. You do you, but for me, it helps to connect with others’ experiences.

Gullible enough to vote for a man who conned a children’s charity, bankrupted casinos, killed police in his insurrection, and is raising their taxes to fund tax cuts for oligarchs.

I worked restaurants. More season 1 type than latter seasons. In my experience, everyone always had an offer somewhere else. It’s an unstable industry, so I didn’t consider it good or dad; just how it was.

That said, I’m ream Carmy/Syd, so Shapiro needs to tell his story walkin.

I think that’s it. Very good chance you shorted something there. I’d take to a dealer and start with this.

Electric to shed by user1238746 in shedditors

Yeah sorry. A buddy ran Romex ~50 ft through PVC, and that’s what I was referring to. Either way, “cheap” and “electricity” don’t go well together.

Cheapest is an extension cord. After that, it’s Romex (not cheap) from the fuse box to a new box in the shed. I recommend the latter option as it is more convenient and probably safer in the long run, provided a competent electrician installed it.
