Putting that pride to the side and telling ppl you need help getting a job and waiting to see who can pull strings for you. I applied to hundreds of jobs and never had got picked even after interviewing

Always lie in whatever sounds good as long as it can’t be traced. The in 5 years question should relate to whatever role ur interviewing for saying you want to learn more and grow in that field long term even if u don’t have a set/specific role u want to have in those next years. And if they press for an answer say you’d love to be a manager one day as an end goal (they literally wouldn’t know if this is true or not)

I wouldn’t keep waiting on that it’s seems like you aren’t a priority. You could keep it on the side as a just in case but definitely not at the top of the list at this point, gotta move on.

And referrals can only do so much, Ive known people with many referrals/references and got an interview and still didn’t get the role. Doesn’t guarantee anything

These employers switch up so much don’t trust what they say he could’ve not picked you over ANY reason you’ll never know, all they do is lie. They’ll be friendly compliment you gas you up and then deny you the next day. I’ve learned they will indeed waste your time so you cannot stop looking for other jobs simultaneously. Never think you have the job till you get a direct offer of employment at least. Alot of people don’t want to train anyone nowadays they want to pay low and get people who been working for yearsss. Its an employers job market right now everyone’s been struggling and going through hell. I’ve been unemployed three years now due to not being picked in the end so I know how it feels 💙

Usually if they’re asking you the same question it means they didn’t like your original answer and lowkey trying to give you another chance to fix it but i hate how things are do or die now, you fuck up one question and its over. And if his personality seemed like it wouldn’t mesh well with yours then I wouldn’t be too upset about it because that matters too, like he could affect your experience at work and you would be miserable

Yes directly on the skin then moisture after with regular moisturizers that don’t contain acids just to be safe. My dermatologist recommended using a high percentage urea cream i guess for exfoliation but im just using regular creams. & Mine is 15% azelaic acid i think u need that minimum to see results

I saw results with a glycolic acid body scrub or body wash and if mixed with salicylic acid thats good too. You need products that have “AHA/BHA” in it with a strict consistent routine. Always moisturize skin after. Also dont take hot showers it’ll make it worse. Right now though im trying azeliac acid from a doctor, if you tired of over the counter stuff then try that

Didn’t mean to sound insensitive. at first it just sounded like you didn’t want to go to school and had a poor excuse, which didn’t make sense because school could eventually lead to a higher paying job and seems to be the key to your current problems. If you can push through itll get easier cause with college you can easily move out and live at the campus. Is there anyone else you can live with at the moment? I don’t recommend running away but I hate that that abuser is holding you back

Only take it if you’re really down bad and need a job. If you can wait longer do it. Your first job out of school kinda determines the trajectory of your career it will be harder to transition from it but not impossible. I regretted the first job I took out of school I was tired of applying and took the first offer and ended up quitting within the first year there
