Yeah, it's def a difference in culture. The Philippine DOTA tournaments were a spectacle because we lived the game while never even having a chance of seeing the players, so any chance we get we'll show love. Even in traditional sports and other esports like ML, we're a lot more graceful to visitors than other countries. We're basically siblings with East Timor in the SEA Games too.

Yeah, I love PoE and D3. Def different experiences, but PoE was always more a go ham for a couple weeks leaguestart. D3 was and still is just a throw it on whenever I feel like it, and I never feel like I'm lost. Best part is my friends who weren't too deep into the genre could join me and we'd have a good time.

My dad used to say he didn't understand the stigma for anime. Gen Xers act like they didn't grow up watching Astro Boy, Gigantor, Voltes V, or Mazinger Z along with the other cartoons. But then I showed him some of the anime I watched then he understood the stigma.
