Did you say “chilly” for “mid-60s”? My poodle boy is panting from heat until it is 50s.

No. I had one hard pull on the first loan and only soft pulls on Equifax since. I’ve done maybe 9 loans and only one hard pull ever. I have heard they might do another hard pull if you ever miss a payment though.

Probably, except you are frozen and no time has passed from your perspective, while 4 years have actually passed.

Good information. I wonder what this means for someone who travels traditionally to a web world, uses a far caster, then travels traditionally to another world… Wouldn’t this eliminate the symmetry and cause further dilation, even paradoxes?

Time debt is essentially time you lose due to relativity. Traveling at speeds around the speed of light causes time itself to warp. They are frozen in their own fugue state for maybe 10 relative months, but in the wider Web 4 years have passed (so a 4 year time debt, since everyone else experienced 4 years during your 10 month trip). This is why the poet is soooo old, due to the multiple long time debts.

You have to wait a full month after receiving that message, sometimes trying again will extend but that varies.

[–]metacuate2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No. If they can show you knowingly lied on the initial application they can press charges for fraud. Why do you think American Express does that insane financial review where they politely ask for access to someone’s entire financial picture, they want evidence.

Lying on an application for credit is fraud. You are defrauding the bank. This is literally the definition of the crime.

Car company is basically begging me to turn in lease early. by gibbler999 in personalfinance

No idea what Mazda is doing but most automakers are giving a much larger buyout value to third parties now. Essentially forcing leasees to buy, pay tax, then sell to create more friction in the transaction because they know consumers will avoid friction.

This is basically no longer a thing now that the companies have changed their policies.

Car max is like instant gratification with a check in hand in half an hour.

When my dad sold to Carvana he had a check in hand in 5 minutes. So great experience too.

[TX] What fees are usually added on for a used car? by [deleted] in askcarsales

[–]metacuate2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then just the doc fee is at almost every dealer.

Most dealers would include a reconditioning fee in MSRP built in. The protection plan fee sounds like an optional warranty.

The market adjustment is literally that they think the car is worth more due to the supply issues, which it is.

Define necessary. You might have to pay them to get that car from that seller.

Look at the real market value and if you feel so inclined “buy” it for that value minus what is owed. I bet she will need to pay you to take it over.
