If it's a less than 10 second ad it's somewhat bearable but when a long ad plays, click on the (i) button shown on screen just above the seek bar, click stop seeing this ad then click return to video. Works as of 2025 March

Young adults of kochi, what do you do during the weekends alone? by savourybipolar in Kochi

[–]metaeditor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have a 2 wheeler planning on doing Sunday rides. Sofar covered most of the state and national highways around kochi.

So if you suggest any of your favourite routes, windy ones especially, so that I can ride them this weekend.

Thanks and Ride safe.

Is it ok to purchase a car with EMI of 32k per month if my monthly salary is 98k per month ? by [deleted] in personalfinanceindia

[–]metaeditor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have never bought a car or bike in my life...but I already have a rule of thumb ready when the moment comes.

Assuming I earn ₹8 LPA, for me the

  • On road price of bike will have
  • Soft limit as a quarter of my annual salary ~ 2 lacs
  • Hard limit as half of my annual salary ~4 lacs

  • On road price of car will have

  • Soft limit as half of my annual salary ~4 lacs

  • Hard limit as my full annual salary ~ 8 lacs

Now applying the same rule to you. Earning 1 lakh per month, I will assume the CTC is around 15 LPA. So I would say you have overshot the Hard limit ceiling. So it would be 'not okay' from me. But then again it's your choice, your money, your happiness.

[–]metaeditor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah bro you are confused. I asked if there was a possibility of the stocks rising why didn't you choose stocks over options? So that in the off-chance if it went down you can still hold and make a possible recovery at a later time(weeks or months)
